BOLENDA ENGINEERING LTD

  • All work carried out on vehicles/boats/trailers must be paid for before or on collection of goods.

  • To be paid within 14 days of completion or on collection of goods or on delivery of services as per agreement.

  • All work comes with a 3 or 6 month warranty (if agreed in writing).

  • Bolenda Engineering Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, accidental or wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Bolenda Engineering Ltd instructions (in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of Bolenda Engineering Ltd goods, or without approval from Bolenda Engineering Ltd

  • We understand and will exercise our statuary right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs if we are not paid according to the agreed credit terms.

  • The release of vehicles/boats/trailers or other high value items will be authorised on confirmation of full payment. If payment is not made in full, after 7 days there will be a storage charge of £20 per day until full payment is made including additional storage fees.

  • All assets or loose parts left at Bolenda Engineering Ltd are strictly the owners responsibility and at their own risk, Bolenda Engineering Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

  • Owners of any assets must have relevant insurance to cover any loss.

  • All contents are covered damage caused by Bolenda Engineering Ltd (excluding rodent damage).

  • Fuel or flammable substances within reason must be removed before entering the storage facility.

  • All waste tanks must be empty before entering the storage facilities grounds.

  • All assets must have stable anti theft devices fitted.

  • 50% deposit to be paid once quote is agreed and before templating, final settlement to be paid within 14 days of completion.

  • It is solely up to the customer to remove all fittings from the area to be decked and to reinstall them unless otherwise stated on the final Invoice. Any additional work to remove or refit fittings will be subject to extra charges.

  • Unforseen issues with the customers prepared surfaces will be subject to extra charges for lost time/travels costs or work carried out.

  • If the location of the vessel or vehicle changes from where the template was made before or during the deck fitting process will be subject extra charges. These extra costs will be agreed before and further work is undertaken.

  • Deck preparation – Installed to the customers prepared surface. If the customer wants Bolenda Engineering Ltd to prepare the sub deck we can and do. We can not accept any responsibility for issues with the adhesion of the decking caused by the deterioration of the sub deck or core, due to problems that may already be present.

  • All work within a 50 mile radius of our workshop will not be subject to any travel or accommodation costs.

  • All work outside a 50 mile radius of our workshop will be subject to travel expenses and local over night accommodation where necessary.

  • We only use Class M dust extraction with all our abrasive machines and will not allow our staff to work within the same vicinity as others using a lower class extraction system. (An extractor must not allow more than 0.1% of extracted dust to pass out of the filter to a “maximum allowable concentration” (MAK value) greater than 0.1 mg/m^3)

  • Bolenda Engineering Ltd gives a 1 year warranty on any deck we fit if confirmed on the final invoice and we have carried out all deck removal and preparation works.

SHRINK WRAP IT

  • We can not be held responsible for any damage to the asset or shrink wrap cover caused by any adverse weather conditions.

  • The shrink wrap comes with a 3 year material guarantee.

  • Temporary structures constructed by Bolenda Engineering Ltd come with a 3 month guarantee & covers any shrink warp damage repairs caused by the temporary structure.

  • We will not be held responsible for any damage/movement or wear caused by the shrink wrap covering to the asset.

  • Damaged caused to the shrink wrap cover caused by an inadequate prepared structure is not included in our guarantee.
